The unclaimed shares and dividends are pain points both for the share-holder and the issuing
company. The share-holder is not able to get a return on his investment and the company (or the R&T
agent) keeps maintaining the historical records with the wrong particulars alongside accruing the
dividends on a year-on-year basis. This is a total detractor and is not the core functional area for the
issuing company.
Our vertical acts as a bridge between the share-holder and the company and thus get the issue of

Post-demat period :-
The share-holder passed away and it has become a case of ‘transmission of shares’
The share-holder opened new DP account. The old DP account became dormant and still holds
shares that were not transferred to the new account.
The share-holder changed address(es) and the details were correspondingly not updated with the
company, resulting in a mis-match with the shareholder’s database.
