The unclaimed shares and dividends are pain points both for the share-holder and the issuing
company. The share-holder is not able to get a return on his investment and the company (or the R&T
agent) keeps maintaining the historical records with the wrong particulars alongside accruing the
dividends on a year-on-year basis. This is a total detractor and is not the core functional area for the
issuing company.
Our vertical acts as a bridge between the share-holder and the company and thus get the issue of
unclaimed shares and dividend resolved. The aim is to finally get the unclaimed shares and dividend
transferred to their legitimate owner thereby maximising the shareholder’s wealth and his return on
investment
